Please note that all Paypal payments require you to enter a Zip to calculate the "Shipping and Handling" charge. We do not ship anything. This charge covers the cost of Paypal transaction. This charge is not applicable to payments made by check.

Advertisement Guidelines Objectives

Nuv Yug advertisements provide a channel for local businesses to reach targeted demographics. Several thousand attendees visit India Fest every year and over one thousand performers share the stage during the festival. Starting with the 2011 fall festival, Nuv Yug offers two ways of advertising your business at our events.

NEW! 1. Online Advertising: You may purchase online ad for any calendar month, six months or one year. Our website generates hundreds of thousands of hits each year. So it is a very effective means of reaching out a targeted audience. We have tiered pricing based on our traffic patterns. Therefore, months generating higher traffic cost more than other months. Please logon to the Advertiser section from your Dashboard to see prices.

• We only accept gif or jpg files for online ads.
• Image placement: all online ads are placed on the classified ads page in the order of seniority from top left to right and then down. Seniority is determined by ad duration and date of ad order. Therefore, ads with latest expiry are placed ahead of ad expiring sooner. Ads with the same expiry dates are placed in the first come first served order. We also randomly select some ads to be displayed on the first page.
• We are happy to link your image to your business. Please provide the link in the comments section of your ad registration.

2. Program Book: We also offer ad placements in our program book. Our program book has a long shelf life as it is a souvenier for a large number of participants.

Advertisement Size and Upload

• The online ad image dimensions must be 150 x 150 pixels. Images submitted with different dimensions will be resized such that the longer side is 150 pixels or less. Please note that a loss of image quality may occur if we resize your ad.
• The program book is printed on a 8.5"x11" paper and folded in one half. The size of a folded program book is 5.5"x8.5".
• A full page ad should fit within the 5.5"x8.5" size page. The recommended size of the ad is 5"x8". Ads not complying with this size requirement are resized and may lose quality.
• A one-half page ad is 5"x4".
• All program book ads are printed in B&W and placed in the program book based on space availability and payment priority.
• Please upload your ad file via the upload facility on the web. You will need to View your ad registration to upload your ad. Please note that we can only accept doc, pdf, gif or jpg files. Also the file should be less than 2MB. If your ad file is larger, please email it to us at our contact email address.
• All program book ad images must be uploaded at least one month before the festival date.

Ad Guidelines

• Ads for political, religious or controversial topics are not accepted.
• After your ad has been accepted, no refunds will be made for withdrawal.
• Nuv Yug reserves the right to refuse participation by anyone without specifying a reason.
